Those posting to websites and blogs, who are obsessed
with their guns, who cannot help writing about their guns, accompanied by
threatening language, leave themselves open to criminal as well as civil
suits. Just ask a Colorado man who has
been arrested for making threatening statements to a Colorado legislator
advocating gun control. He thought
himself a big deal until the cops came calling and his mugshot was posted. Then he looked like a scared little boy.

Gun ownership is at an all-time low. Less than 10%
of Americans own guns, although the NRA likes to make much of all the people
they claim have joined the lobby for gun and ammo manufacturers since five and
six years children were slaughtered in Conn.
But the NRA numbers (which are highly suspect) are a fraction of the
MILLIONS who have signed petitions, sent to Congress, to pass SENSIBLE GUN
LEGISLATION.

thing that will stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun? Think again. Exactly ZERO mass shootings have
been stopped by armed citizens in the past 30 years. That number again – ZERO … as in NONE.

Packing is good for self-defense? NOPE.
Victims of assault were 4.5 times more likely to be SHOT if they were
packing heat than if they were unarmed, and they were 4.2 times more likely to
be KILLED. Don't tell that to the
concealed carry crowd, you'll only confuse them with FACTS.
